In order to meet customers’ personalized demands, our company constantly invests in updating R&D equipments, molds, production lines and packaging lines, and carries out quality inspection on raw and auxiliary materials and finished products with the strictest standards. We have various equipments such as assembly line, molding machine, injection machine, automatic packaging machine, high frequency laminating machine, laser engraving machine, function testing and so on to realize one-stop finished product ODM and OEM customized service.
We use updated R&D equipment to analyze customer needs, design earmuff structures and acoustic solutions, process customized molds through molding presses to ensure the molding accuracy of earmuff shells, headbands, and other components, and conduct strength tests on mold materials and structures to lay the foundation for subsequent production.
Using injection molding machines to mold ABS and other plastic materials into shells, headbands and other hard parts, through the high-frequency composite machine will be the sound-isolating cotton and fabric composite into the inner layer of the ear cushion with noise reduction function, and synchronously complete the welding of the electronic components (noise reduction chips, battery components) and preliminary testing to ensure that the components comply with environmental protection and performance standards.
Integrate the components in the assembly line, complete the shell and headband connection, ear pad installation and circuit wiring, use the laser engraving machine to customize the brand LOGO or pattern on the surface of the shell, each process through visual and basic function sampling, to ensure the assembly precision and personalized needs of the realization.
Through the functional testing equipment, the finished products are inspected for noise reduction performance (NRR value), circuit connectivity, battery life, etc. Reliability tests such as tensile and abrasion resistance are performed in accordance with CE, ANSI and other standards, and defective products need to be traced back and reworked to ensure that each pair of earmuffs meets the requirements of the factory.
Using automatic packaging machine to complete the product into the box, manual placement and anti-counterfeiting label paste, support customer customized packaging design (such as color box, environmental protection materials), and ultimately packaged according to the order classification, with quality certification and certification documents, through the standardization of the process to complete the delivery of finished products.
